Windows 10: How to do I change the USB cable option from uploading to microsoft one drive BACK to other...

Today I accidently clicked on primary use of the usb cable to only microsoft one drive uploads. My mistake. I want to change to go back to more upload route options on computer not on phone. I stopped it from uploading to Microsoft one drive but now the usb cable does nothing. Please help! Dell inspiron 7700 AIO windows 11.

Method 1: Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Drive. Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter

Method 2:

Remove and reinstall all USB controllers.

• Press Windows key + X, click Device Manager.
• In the list of hardware categories, find and expand
  Universal Serial Bus controllers.
• Right-click every device under the Universal Serial Bus controllers node, and then click
  Uninstall to remove them one at a time.
• Restart the computer, and let the USB controllers get reinstalled.

Plug in the removable USB device, and then test to make sure that the issue is resolved.

• Have you tried connecting your USB Flash drive using a different Windows 10 PC?
• Any changes that took place in your computer before this issue occurred?

USB Drive Access Permission

Let's try a different approach. Since the updating the driver does not work, see if changing the Security settings on one of the USB drive. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click the USB's drive on File Explorer and select Properties.
• Click the Security tab.
• Select an Owner/User and click Edit.
  
• Check all the options on the Allowed column, select OK and then Apply.
