Windows 10: laptop has blue screened during reset

earlier i tried turning on my laptop and it wasn’t turning on, so i looked up an answer and was told to hold the power button. After doing this a stop code which said inaccessible boot device appeared. i tried restarting the computer as suggested several times but this didn’t help. The laptop then suggested that I try to reset my laptop, and part way through the reset the screen turned completely blue. What should i do as the fan is now just running, the screen is blue and it won’t even turn off? It has been stuck on this for a while now

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
