    HI I was wanting to ask a question about the Microsoft Store and Windows 11 24h2 for home. I was wanting to now does anything that I am using in the store. For examle I use spotify from the microsoft store right now does spotify update automatically or do I have to manually update it. the reason I am asking is because it was acquired through the store 2018-09-28. The version I have is: 1.2.48.405.gf52c48e6fWindows 11 64 bit operating system. version: 24h2 installed: 2024-10-10Os build: 26100.2033Thanks

    Microsoft signals end of Paint program

    Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to offer its graphics program Paint.

    In a recent update, it had listed Paint as a feature that would be either removed or no longer developed.

    Paint, renowned for its simplicity, has been part of the Windows operating system since its launch in 1985.

    Microsoft suggested it would not remain on Windows 10 by default but did say it would be available for free on the Windows Store.

    windows automatic updates

    i have some questions about the windows automatic updates in windows xp pro w sp/2. ive got about forty updates they recommend , mostly for security but i only installed two today. after installing them i found them in my add/remove programs in the control panel, if i add all these updates that is a lot of space on my hd almost 1 gig. i thought that updates just updated files and not created new programs. should i innore all these update suggestions from microsoft?
