Changed something in bios now it crashes on a green screen and says your windows insider build ran into a problem and inaccessible boot drive

I was just tweaking somethings in bios and when I restarted my computer I was hit with a crash screen but it was green and said you windows insider build ran into a problem. It was accompanied by something that say’s inaccessible boot drive and I’ve spent the last two hours trying to fix it but nothing has worked. When I do a sfc scan it says that the corrupted files were repaired but when I turn my pc off and on it is still going to that green screen. I can’t even do a clean install of windows because both my ssds won’t come up. Please help

After my recent update of Windows Insider program, I got a problem . When i enter my password to log in i get a green screen saying that "Your Windows Insider build ran into a problem and needs to restart.
We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you" and after it restarts it shows the same thing again and again. It also shows a stop code saying " SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION ". I am a member of the insider program also
