Windows 10: i am unable to launch the gta5 game

i am unable to launch the gta5 game in this window's user so i created new windows user its working their but why not in my current user

Unable to Launch Games such as Gears 4

An outdated version of the Windows Store is one of the possible reasons why you are unable to launch any games from Windows Store. To help you resolve this concern, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

Step 1: Delete Temporary files. This will help delete temporary files that have been stored on your computer.

• Click Start and click Settings.
• Select System.
• Select Storage.
• Select This PC.
• Click Temporary files.
• Choose Temporary files.
• Click Remove files.

Step 2: Re-register the Store App and check.

• Right click on Start button on the desktop and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Here, User Account Control window pops up and click on Yes to open Command Prompt with administrator privileges.
• Type the below command in the Command Prompt: powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml

Unable to Launch Games such as Gears 4

I've been battling this issue for a while, and I am at my wits end. I am unable to launch ANY game from the Windows Store, when attempting a window will pop-up and go away, and that's it.

Troubleshooting steps performed:

• Reinstalled Windows (just did this a few days ago)
• Ran WSReset.exe
• Ran the Windows Troubleshooting tool.
• I've tried the turning off the Windows Update trick
• Changed my Gamertag in hopes maybe it would correct the issue. (which was a waste of $10)

I am not sure what else to do and I would really love to play Gears 4 on my computer... but as it stands it is impossible.
