Windows 10: My PC is not dectecting second monitor on startup.

Hello,Recently i bought a second monitor for my PC. Both monitors are the same model. When I first boot up my PC my second monitor cant be recognized. I've tried going into display settings to detect it but it can't find a second monitor. The monitor works perfectly fine if i unplug the display cord and plug it back in. I've tried changing the ports that the monitor is using on both the PC and the monitor. I've also tried rolling back and updating display drivers. I tried setting up multiple displays through NVIDIA control panel. I've tried changeing the monitors around and making each monitor

Window 10 will not dectect second monitor

My HP pc has been working fine and using a plug and play monitor by Dell using a VGA to hdmi cable. It was working fine this afternoon and then it stopped working. The PC will not dectect the second monitor. I have checked cables. I have searched issues
thru this online community to no avail.

There is no device drivers for this monitor. Can someone help me?

i followed the Microsoft suggested steps

Fix screen flickering in Windows 10

• Screen flickering in Windows 10 is usually caused by display drivers. To update your display driver, you'll need to start your PC in safe mode, uninstall your current display adapter, and then check for driver updates.
  
  1.Start your PC in safe mode, then right-click the Start Windows logo Start button button and select Device Manager.
  
  2. Expand the Display adapters section, right-click the listed adapter, then select Uninstall device. Select the Delete the driver software for this device check box, then select Uninstall and restart your PC.
  
  3. After your PC restarts, press the Windows logo key Windows logo Start button + I on your keyboard to open Settings. If that doesn't work, select the Start Windows logo Start button button and then select Settings Gear-shaped Settings icon.
  
  4.From Settings, select Update & security Circular arrows Sync icon > Windows Update Circular arrows Sync icon > Check for updates.
  

after i did the above steps i restarted the devices during this time my second screen is not even dictated

my second monitor name : BenQ GW2470 monitor

it was not even detecting even after reinstalling the drivers

please let me know is there any way to fix it

Things to do once connected new G-Sync monitor

I'm getting my G-Sync monitor today.

I think I have to take the following steps:

• Connect 1440p G-sync monitor with DP cable
• Connect second 1080p 60Hz monitor by HDMI
• Startup PC
• Reinstall display driver
• Restart PC (I always do that after display driver install)
• Activate G-Sync in NV control panel (I believe also V-Sync is auto on after that?)
• Set my 1440p monitor from 1080p to 1440p
• Calibrate my 1440p monitor

Also ingame, I should turn off V-Sync?
Are there any problems running a second 60Hz 1080p monitor?

Is there anything else I should do/know?
