Windows 10: Blank screen when opening Windows Security...

Hello, My name is Aatiz.I've been trying lots of ways to fix this problem in my computer. This came when i installed a game and it needs to disable antivirus, so i disabled it with the application in the folder of the game. After a long time, i uninstalled it and then try to enable the antivirus with the same app, it is not working. i installed other antivirus to clear any viruses or malware to fix it, but still after 6 months, it not still working. Please give me a way to fix this...

Windows Security blank screen

After full reseting my laptop, I can’t seem to open my Windows Security. It only shows blank screen. How do I settle this?
