Windows 10: how to uninstall third party antivirus properly from windows 11

I was facing an issue with windows security. after uninstalling third party antivirus windows security / defender not working.so, help me regarding this issue.

Solved - How to enable Windows Defender Firewall without uninstalling third party antivirus

A third party antivirus called FortiClient has disabled Windows Defender Firewall (WDF) on my personal machine. I've disabled its services, renamed its drivers and modified its registry keys in order to disable some of the more invasive corporate monitoring feaatures, including the web filter and telemetry, as well as its built-in antivirus, but uninstalling it completely is not an option for me as I need its VPN functionality to do my job. This third party antivirus is crippled at the neck, and it no longer starts automatically, but I still can't start WDF.

Most threads on this issue list "Uninstalling any third party antivirus" as a solution. But I need to know how to fix WDF without running FortiClient's uninstaller.

How exactly does a third party antivirus disable WDF? These are the changes I need to revert. I don't mind if I have to break the third party antivirus further to do it.

What I've tried

• Stopping (but not uninstalling) the third party antivirus and disabling all of its services.
  
• Restoring the permissions necessary to start the Base Filtering Engine, where these permissions had been taken away by FortiClient. This helped, but did not completely solve the problem.
  
• Following these steps:
  
  a) Press Windows key + X and select "Command prompt (Admin)”.
  
  b) At the command prompt, type the following command line, and then press ENTER:
  
  c) Rundll32 setupapi,InstallHinfSection Ndi-Steelhead 132 %windir%\inf\netrass.inf
  
  d) Restart Windows,
  
  e) Press Windows key + X and select "Command prompt (Admin).
  
  f) At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
  
  Netsh firewall reset
  
  g) Press Windows key + X and click Run, type firewall.cpl, and then press ENTER. In the Windows Firewall dialog box, click “On” (recommended), and then click OK.

However, I found Swat4 to actually be a pretty fun LAN game, especially at smaller LAN parties.

 

Cannot uninstall Free Sound Recorder v10.7.1 Type 32 bit HELP!

I have an HP laptop with Windows 10 installed Version number 1903 and I think it is 64 bit. I installed the above program 2 months ago and I want to uninstall it.
I tried the many suggestions provided here:
Uninstall and Remove Free Sound Recorder 8.2.3 Step by Step
except the last suggestion but none of them worked.
The last suggestion tells you to download a third party uninstaller and tells you to click on a link which I do not know I can trust. I have however tried installing Revo uninstaller 2.1.0 free version and even this program could not uninstall the program. The message is always the same

C\Program Files(86x)\Free Sound Recorder\unins000.dat" does not exist. Cannot uninstall.

Will installing bitdefender antivirus program get rid of it?
PLEASE HELP.
