Windows 10: WHY CANT I CHAGE MY PIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN

ok so I wanted a game, but i needed to use my pin "no problem" I thought BUT when i put in my pin it said it was wrong, so I tried to reset my pin BUT when ever I try to put my email i have to do it fast why, because every two seconds it would put on that like blue circle mose when your loading something and it kicks you out "ok i will do it faster" I thought. I did do it faster I got the code to send BUT when I try to put the code in it changes it the blue circle. I have been trying to do this on my own but i cant so someone here plz help

N96 chages wallpaper

I have a N96 and it chages my selected wallpaper to a blank screen randomly.



This normally happens when i remove the phone from my pocket and the keypad is locked.



I hear a beep and the picture i have selected as my wallpaper has changed to a black background.



can anyone help?

chage user from standard to administrator

i want to chage standard user back to administrator but it won't allow me to do so,it just has no on the screen that ask you do you aloow this app to make changes,, can anyone help ?
