Windows 10: Hi I do have a laptop, windows 10 when I tried opening it it constantly popping a blue...

Blue screen error always appears, Error: Service System Exception I tried to uninstall some apps, also try to update my windows but unfortunately can't cause blue screen appears for abou1-2 minutes repeatedly, can someone help?

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Mouse constantly flashing with the little blue circle


So I just recently updated to Windows 10 on Sunday and now the little blue busy circle is constantly flasshing and it s driving me insane!!! Any suggestions on what this could be and how to fix it. I have already tried restarting, checked for updates on drivers and nothing is working any help would really be appreciated.
