Windows 10: what do i need to install that cellular driver?

I bought a new laptop a dell intel core i7 vPro 9th generation in January. i recently discovered that it has a sim card slot but it doesn't have any driver for cellular, nor does it show any cellular option in settings or in notification panel what do I need to install that cellular driver??

Cellular/SIM connection not available/disappearing

Hi,

A faulty cellular adapter is one of the possible reasons why the cellular connection is disappearing from the laptop. A disabled adapter in the Network Connections Settings can also be the cause of this issue. We suggest you to enable the cellular connection
in the Network Connections settings. You can follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key.
• Type View Network Connections.
• Press the Enter key.
• Right-click on the cellular adapter and click Enable.

I cant get drivers to install

Read my guide, goes step buy step for nvidia driver install. Though I use a different driver cause I got 8 series, same method of installation
