Windows 10: USB Speakers not working ONLY on my PC

Hello, almost a year ago I bought USB speakers for my computer since my monitor, MSI G27C4, does not have any built in speakers. The speaker comes with a USB port and an audio jack that your supposed to plug into a headphone jack. Ive plugged the USB port into my PC and the audio jack into the monitor im using and for the past year its worked great. But today for no sudden reason I could not hear any sound coming out of my PC. So I decided to troubleshoot and found that:Speakers work on all other devices besides my PCSpeakers work when I play my Xbox Series S on the same monitor this means mo

I suggest you try the steps listed below and check if it works. This issue could be because of the Headphones BT SPEAKER Stereo being set as default. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

• Pair the speaker with your PC.
  
• Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose
  Device Manager.
  
• Expand Sound, video, and game controllers
  and right click on your Bluetooth speaker (BT SPEAKER Stereo).
  
• Choose Disable and acknowledge the confirmation popup. Wait for the screen to refresh.
  
• Right click on the same device again and Enable.
  
• Exit Device Manager and see if the issue persist.

Speakers and headphones work at the same time

• Have you tried connecting your headphones directly to your desktop?
• Does your speaker work normally when connected to your desktop?

You may try the following steps to help resolve your concern:

• Unplug or Disconnect your speaker from the desktop.
• Connect your headphone directly to the desktop.

If the headphone works properly when directly connected to the desktop, we suggest that you contact your speaker manufacturer for assistance.

USB speakers recognized but not working

let us work together to sort this out.

First, try to connect the USB speakers using a different computer for us to check if the issue is with the computer or the USB speakers itself.

If the USB speakers wont work using a different computer means that the USB speaker is faulty.

If the USB speaker works using a different computer proceed with the steps below.

-Press Windows key + X

-Go to Settings

-Click Update and Security

-Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter.

-Look for Playing Audio and run the troubleshooter.

Once done proceed with these steps.

-Press Windows key + X

-Go to Device Manager

-Expand the Sound and Video Game Controllers

-Look for Audio driver that was installed

-Right click and Update

-Look for "Browse my computer for driver

-Let me pick drivers available drivers

-Choose an old driver and use it.

Connect the USB Speaker and proceed with these steps.

-Go to Control Panel

-In Control Panel, select Large icons from the View by drop down menu.

-Select Sound.

-Select the Playback tab

-Right click and hit Show Disabled Device

-Right click the USB Speakers and click Enable.

-Right-click it again and select Set as Default Device.

-Right click USB Speakers and click Properties.

-Click the Levels tab, then drag the volume slider towards the largest value.

-Click on Advance Tab

-Uncheck the box to "Allow Application to take exclusive controls on this device"

-Click OK.

Restart your computer and test the audio.

What is the exact model of your computer?

To check the system model proceed with these steps.

-Press Windows key + R

-Type msinfo32 and hit enter.

-Look for the System Model and manufacturer and post it here.
