Windows 10: Windows 10 crashes and reverts to older version, then loops

Hi all - I've recently updated to a proper store-bought copy of Windows 10, which is running more or less ok so far after three months or so it tells me regularly that my PC will NOT be suitable for Windows 11 , but recently it has started to freeze up and can only be fixed by a restart. It seems to have two versions; one with a plain startup screen and blue desktop background, but then one day I'll turn it on and I have pictures, weather tips, stocks and shares, traffic etc displayed and a photo on the desktop which I usually disable. What happens is that every two days or so it freezes,

revert back to older version of window

hi i wanted to revert back to older version of window 10 now is 1803 for my pc,just back to a maybe 1 or 2 version earlier will do.the reason i wanted to revert back to older version is because one of my exe file now get error in new version of window if
i am sure of it.so anyone know anyway to do it?

tips:i cant restore to older version using restore point because i just reset my laptop and all data previos data are gone..... thanks in advance

If another version works, it would be one set of steps.
If several other versions also fail/crash, then it would be another.
