Windows 10: Can we escalate a persistant issue with Windows 11 and AMD hardware that affects many users?

Hello, There is a bug or issue associated with AMD GPU and maybe CPU hardware and Windows 11. This has been persistant roughly since Windows 11 release. Symptoms/Troubleshooting: Screens Freeze, Peripheral input stops working, Sound continues to play through headset/speakers, PC Case LEDs reset to default colors after about 10 seconds.I use my pc for gaming and so this has generally occurred while gaming. Not specific to one game in particular.Have to hold power button or press reset button to restart PC.Please review the below links for previous forum posts that chronic

Persistent Blurring Issue on Windows 11 with High-Resolution Display

I'm encountering a challenging issue on my Windows 11 system that I hope to get some insights on. My system exhibits a persistent blurring effect around windows or applications when they are not in active use. This problem is notably pronounced with certain applications like Visual Studio Code and the OBS stream chat. The issue seems to be system-wide and independent of the application in use.

System Specifications:

• Operating System: Windows 11
  
• Display: High-resolution (2560x1440) on a 32-inch monitor
  
• Display 2: 1080x1920 (Vertical) 27 inch monitor.
  

Symptoms:

• Blurring effect around inactive windows or parts of the screen, affecting multiple applications.
  

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Updated all graphics and system drivers.
  
• Adjusted High DPI scaling settings and experimented with custom scale settings in Windows.
  
• Reinstalled affected applications.
  
• Attempted various display and system settings adjustments, including changing resolution, scaling, and refresh rate settings.
  

Temporary Resolution Attempt:

• Changing the monitor setting from "Auto" to "Wide" provided temporary relief, but the issue later reoccurred.
  

Additional Context:

• The blurring seems to activate when focus shifts away from a window or application.
  
• Standard display setting adjustments and driver updates have not resolved the issue.
  

Despite these efforts, the issue persists and is impacting my workflow significantly. I would greatly appreciate any insights, suggestions, or guidance on further troubleshooting steps. Has anyone else experienced something similar or can offer advice on resolving this?

Windows 11 Supported AMD Processors

My AMD CPU was listed the original Windows 11 supported CPU list. When the list was updated for Windows 11 22H2, my CPU is no longer listed. It also disappeared from the 21H2 list. I don’t get any unsupported hardware messages, but I do find it odd it’s now missing. My CPU is a AMD Threadripper Pro 3945WX.
