Windows 10: Intel Active Management Technology COM 3; COM 9

My system has something called Intel Active Management Technology which Windows disabled some time back because it reported a problem. I have tried updating the drivers. Other than alerting me that the problem needs troubleshooting I don't see any effect on computer performance.

Need help reinstalling this driver Intel Active Management Technology

Hello, I been on Google for 2 hours... I've just started getting this error like a week ago. I have no idea how this file could have got removed. Intel Active Management Technology Local Manageability Service is failing a.k.a LMS.exe not running. (I dbl. checked in task Manger also). Keep getting these events in my viewer. Things I've tried: -sfc/ scannow - no issues -Ran Intel driver & Support Assistant - All updated. -Went to Dells support entered service tag. Did a search for "Intel Management" Drivers. Only one that comes up that is close is. Intel-Management-Engine-Components ( I don't believe this will help this issue) -Went to Intel's site did a search for Intel Active Management Technology Local Manageability Service. I couldn't narrow it down, or maybe entering in wrong keywords. Can anyone point me to what I need? Thanks 21H2 is my version.
