Windows 10: On start up my PC always loads a link to 'Me.blueone.win'. Every month I am able to remove...

Photo below of my desktop showing the 'me.blueone.win' link. Also the link from Microsoft help which I have to follow every month. This works but as soon as Microsoft release an update, this 'me.blueone.win' link re appears. This issue has now been going on for around 9 months. So it has become really irritating.Can you please help me?Uninstalled the Blue Mail App. Message now on startup that says "you - Microsoft Community

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not a software related issue which is why I was suggesting that you remove the video card to start with since it's such an easy process of elimination step.

I'm not familiar with AMD CPUs, I did see that you had listed in your system specs but I had no idea whether or not it has an iGPU

Is there any possibility of you being able to get your hands on any compatible video card at all?it would be the easiest step to try to troubleshoot or at least one of the easier ones. You should be able to get into the bios without anything but A display cable hooked up to the motherboard

 

How to remove a broken link?

There is a possibility that the uninstallation cannot be completed because of software conflicts. To isolate the issue, kindly answer the following questions:

• What app are you trying to uninstall?
• How did you uninstall the app?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
