Windows 10: i rebooted my system and now i am not able to personalize my windows

i did a factory reset and now am not able to personalize my windows it shows " my activation is NOT active" but am not able to active it as well coz i dont have a product key.

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Settings/Personalization

Hi,

We suggest that you follow the steps below to put your settings back to default and see if it helps.

• Right-click your mouse on your desktop.
• Click on Personalize.
• Select Colors.
• Click on High contrast settings.
• From the drop-down menu, select None.
• Click Apply.
• Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

Continual System Reboot

There is a possibility that this issue might have occurred due to corrupt system files in the system.

Method 2: We suggest you to perform clean boot and check if any third party apps are causing the issue.
Placing the computer in a clean boot state can reduce software conflicts and help identify the root cause of the issue.
