Windows 10: My Windows keep bricking itself within 2 hours -> repair doesnt work anymore endless cycle...

So, i got a new ssd, decided to wipe my pc and reinstall windows. Something that i have done a lot of times Everything seemed to work, i left my pc on for about an hour while away, came back to repair screen. I pressed repair/ restart, infinite booting -> going back to repair mode. I tried reinstalling windows -> same thing. Now i thought it might be the new ssd which didnt have windows on it my ssd that had windows on it before was still the one with windows on it i plugged out the ssd -> same issue. Then i thought maybe its the ssd im installing on so i unplugged that one and

After reserving a spot to upgrade to Windows 10 my computer has started to constantly restart itself without any way of stopping the action. We have tried many different solutions and none of them have worked. The only way to avoid constant reboots is to
take the computer offline. Any suggestions?

Are you able to follow them?

We suggest you to repair your system using Windows 10 installation USB media and check if it corrects the problem.

Follow these steps:

• Disconnect all non-essential devices that might attached to your computer, Windows setup might be trying to detect them.
• If you connected to a network, disconnect this also.
• Download the Windows 10 ISO on a working computer and perform a startup repair:
• Click here to download the official ISO media for Windows 10.
  

After creating the USB installation media for Windows 10, follow the steps below:

      Insert the installation USB drive and boot Windows 10 from it.
      
    • 
      In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
      
    • 
      Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.
      
    • 
      Click on ‘Advanced options’ and select ‘Startup Repair’ and select the operating system.
