Windows 10: BSOD on Zephyrus M16 2023

1. I navigated to C:\Windows\Minidump and copied the available minidump files to my desktop.
   
2. Additionally, I located the MEMORY.DMP file in C:\Windows and included it in the file collection.
   
3. I have also gathered the system logs from the Event Viewer for further analysis.

I've been experiencing multiple issues with my Zephyrus M16 laptop, which I purchased last year. It has an i9-11900H processor and an RTX 3060 graphics card. Since I got the laptop, I've been encountering various problems. Lately, I've been getting intermittent clock watchdog errors, as well as occasional machine check exception errors. I've followed online tutorials and attempted various solutions, such as reinstalling Windows 11 cleanly and ensuring that my BIOS and drivers are up to date. However, the issues persist, and I even experience frequent Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) crashes. I have not made any changes to the clock settings, and the laptop is not overclocked. I've also noticed random freezes, which occur even when performing simple tasks like using Chrome immediately after starting up the laptop.

My laptop won't shutdown when connected to an external monitor.

Hi, my Zephyrus M16 2023 works perfectly fine on its own, however, when I connect it to my G5 monitor with hdmi it refuses to shut down when I press shut down. Any idea what is going on?
