Windows 10: Whats going on with my computer?

a couple days ago 13 times then i played then the screen froze and played a buzzing sound and then showed a black screen then restarted my pc to another bsod yesterday my pc resoultion randomly changed same with my refresh rate because my pc automatically converted to microsoft basic visual adapter yesterday When i reinstalled nvida's rtx 3050 adapter thing random moving rainbow dots were across my screen today cloudflare and rgb fusion the app that configs my computers rgbs are saying i have a bad image and now i cant upload images

computer doesn't go to sleep automatically

The only task in that list that is not a part of the system task is the "FreeDownloadManagerNetworkMonitor". We suggest that you end the said task by going again to the
Task Scheduler. To do so, kindly follow these steps:

• Follow the steps that we have provided you before to display all running tasks.
  
• Once all running tasks are displayed, select "FreeDownloadManagerNetworkMonitor", then click on
  End Task.
