How does one of the largest companies in the world have such awful customer support? I cannot even call them when their update screws up my computer and none of the suggestions work? Awful, this is my first time switching back to a PC after years of using Macs , I have a background in computer science and cannot get my laptop to work after a windows update. Then can't even get help with it, what a waste of space this hardware is due to a lack of support.

support here is free, experts will attempt to talk you through resolving your issue rather than gain access to your computer.

Sooo, basically you can't go too wrong using a Dell PC, with Hitachi Harddrives, running Windows, with MS Office and Photoshop installed and using Google search. *Cool Oddly enough I'm not too far off that...
