Windows 10: Windows 11 User Account problem. Administrator/owner change, no access to my main applications

Hi, I have caused a huge problem by myself.I suffer from a CVA, say Braindamage.I had troble accessing an external USB because of admin settings.I went to my account page and changed the USB settings to my personal Account and NOT to my PC Admin and changed that.Perhaps I made a wrong choise, but after a reboot all my taskbar icons app links turned white and not usablle. I can go via typing in the 'search bar' i.e. to Explorer etc. but getting to my email is very difficul.First vinding Chrome, then open Gmail and go to my mailbox.It still works but very clumsy.Can someone tell me which is th

Would like to change from owner to administrator

Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to change from owner to administrator. Under control panel, user account, user account, manage account, change account, change account type. Under all that is "Choose a new account type for owner ." I am listed
as administrator. But at sign in at start up I listed as owner. As well in Power Shell ISE How I do change that ? Thank you

 

Change of administrator on Windows 11

I am planning to change my administrator account to a new Microsoft account on Windows 11. I am confident on technical steps but I have a question on consequences. What I mean by that is: when I change my administrator account,

• do I lose some data?
  
• Can I access the data from the previous admin user folder? etc.
  

May I request you to help me with the points where it could go wrong and lose my data or access to the data please? Thanks in advance.

I would suggest you to go to control panel and check your user account status. Right click on the start button and select control panel in the menu. In the control panel, click on the 'view by' option in the top right and select 'large icons'. Now, click
on 'User accounts' and check if your account is listed as Administrator. If it is not displayed as Admin account, click on the option 'Change user account type' and select 'Administrator' and apply changes. Try these steps and let us know the results. If you
