Windows 10: Caps lock on/off water mark

This is a new thing and I'm not sure what changed to make it start popping up but I now have a caps lock on/off water mark popping up in the middle/bottom part of my screen and it's very distracting while playing games. I've spent 4-5 hours searching the internet and trying the solutions that worked for other people and nothing has worked. I'm running windows 11 with i7-9700k and a msi z390p motherboard

This is likely to be one of those where, as I don't know what you've already tried, I'll have spent time suggesting what you have tried. That's why I asked for a clear list of what you have tried. Do you see this when you toggle caps lock?

 

Water Mark???

What happened to the Win10 water mark? I was receiving updates for Win10 preview Insider build fast mode. All of a sudden I'm back to Win10 Pro. I never changed it. The water mark was in the lower right corner. I reset it back to get insider builds but
still no water mark. This water mark came in handy to see what version/build I was on and also to know what HDD I am on as I duel boot from Win10 Insider to Win10 Pro.

The Caps Lock On indicator may have been disabled that's why it doesn't appear on your screen when Caps Lock is on. To have it enabled, follow these steps:

• Right-click on your desktop and click Display Settings.
• Click Advanced display settings.
• Scroll down and click Display adapter properties.
• Click the Screen configurations tab and check the box for
  Enable on-screen display.
• Under Indicator settings for NumLock and CapsLock, look for While the numeric lock or the caps lock is ON section and choose either
  Show the indicator for a few seconds or Always show the indicator on the screen.
• Click Apply, then OK.
