Help Analyzing System Crash Mini Dump Files

Hello,

I am looking for support in analyzing these system dump files.

My suspicion is that it is a memory issue in the explorer.exe process. The user says that this has been happening somewhat frequently when transferring images (about 35) into a web application for upload.

Unable to diagnose WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR mini dump?

Hello All,

I'm not sure how frequently this forum is monitored, but I'm at my wits end on troubleshooting a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR.

I'm under the impression that this is usually (but not limited to) a hardware issue, but I seem to be unable to gain any relevant information from my mini dump files.

Some background:

• My PC crashes consistently while running games, at intermittent intervals
  
• Windows memory diagnostic found no errors
  
• BIOS is up to date
  
• BIOS is running all default settings, no overclock, etc.
  
• Windows update is up to date
  
• Re-installing windows does not resolve the issue
  

When attempting to analyze my minidump using WinDbg, I get several prompts: 'Either you specified an unqualified symbol, or your debugger doesn't have full symbol information'.

'sym noisy' and 'symfix' commands result in several 'HTTP_STATUS_NOT_FOUND' messages.
