Windows 10: pc won’t get to the startup screen where I can access my apps keeps saying...

So I just got a new pc and I was doing some tweaks to make my fps go faster but then when I confirmed the restart it glitched and I couldn’t load it back in I got a error that said bad system config info then I looked up a couple a videos and it stopped saying that and started saying Hyper visor error idk how to fix this but I need help my pc turns on into the repair screen but that’s it I tried all the bcd and bootrec commands and none of them worked please help

my n97 won t charge or connect

when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel

 

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

Thanks for the follow up, Thomas. Let's try to boot to Advanced Startup Options and then access the
Command Prompt so we can create another user profile. The
Startup Repair is an alternate way to boot the PC and run the recovery tools when something goes wrong with the operating system. To do so, follow these steps:

• Press and hold the power button until it powers off, and then press the power button on your PC to turn it on.
  
• Repeat Step 1 until you see the Windows logo screen or
  Please wait.
• You'll see the Recovery window, and then click See advanced repair options.
• From the advanced options screen, choose Command Prompt, and then type the commands on how to create a user profile as provided on the link above.

Let us know what happens after following the above mentioned troubleshooting steps.
