Windows 10: how to fix error encountered 0x80070424}

help me guys i cant fix this 0x80070424 and my services dont have windows update

How I fix error 0x80070424 while updating windows ?

I have facing error while updating windows 10 .

Error name :

0x80070424

I tried all steps given by you in forum .

I went to services and then run all steps mentioned only " windows update " option is not available in services.

Please suggest alternative or again guide me steps to resolving
