Windows 10: How to fix or remove this "Windows Script Host" issue?

I started getting this message every time I loaded up my PC, I got an alert that says Run.vbs can't be found. And trying to look this error up comes up with other community threads that don't pertain to my issue. Please help me.

Is there any steps you'd take to ensure there's no malware leftover?
