    Regarding Transfer of Upgrade Product Key

    Backstory:

    1. I purchased a laptop that came with an OEM version of Windows 10 Home
    2. I purchased a retail Windows 10 Pro product key and upgraded the laptop.
    Question:

    1. I have purchased a new laptop with an OEM version of Windows 10 home installed
    2. I would like to transfer the Windows 10 Pro retail product key to the new laptop so I can upgrade the new laptop.
    3. Also, I would like to restore the OEM version of Windows 10 back onto the old laptop.
    4. Is there a way to do this.

    I built a new computer running windows 11 home. Can I transfer my product key from my old windows 10 Pro?

    How can I transfer my license to my new PC? I have verified it's a retail copy but I can't activate the product key and the upgrading hardware step doesn't list my new PC.

    Do I need Windows 11 Pro or should the 10 Pro key automatically upgrade me?

    How do I do this?

    Deactivate and Transfer Windows Upgrade to Wilndows Pro Product Key

    I followed the instructions to the letter. The product key was deleted. I rebooted and expected to see the original OEM Windows Home product key stored in the BIOS activated. On reboot the Windows Pro upgrade Product Key have been restore. The Window
    Pro upgrade Product Key is a retail product, which qualifies to be transferred.
