Windows 10: Win11 HP Elite Mini 600 G9 Desktop PCs keeps crashing and rebooted.

Recently we had about 4-5 such pc model PCs intermittently crashing and rebooted. Running BlueScreenView on the mini dump files points to ntoskrnl.exe but we are not able to pin point which particular driver is causing the system to crash. Could anytime shed some light on this?

C920 Logitech Pro Webcam - Win 11 Audio Bug – A Workaround

Having same issue with new Windows 11 builds on HP Elite Mini 600 G9 Desktop PC.

One of our techs stated that it appears to be device specific as it worked on another pc with same build.

 

New PC - Reset Win10 or wait for Win11 to reset

Suggested: Perform a complete, restorable System Backup Image first.

• HP Connection Optimizer - Yes, uninstall.
• HP JumpStarts - Yes, uninstall.
• HP Privacy Settings - Yes, uninstall.
• HP Desktop Support Utilities - No, keep this.
• HP QuickDrop - Yes, uninstall.
• HP Easy Clean - Yes, uninstall.
• HP PC Hardware Diagnostics - No, keep this.
• MyHP - No, keep this.

Now when all is said and done, reboot your system. Then download CCleaner Portable (only.) Builds Run the Registry Cleaner (use x64 exe) until everything is cleared. Ignore the prompt to backup the registry. You can delete the CCleaner when done. That's it. *Nerd
