Windows 10: Clip Board tool bar

Discus and support Clip Board tool bar in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; RE clip board. I can open clip board full tool bar shows and works, but when I save the file and come back to it later, the file appears but full tool...     Clip Board tool bar


    RE clip board. I can open clip board full tool bar shows and works, but when I save the file and come back to it later, the file appears but full tool bar does not only files, tools and view, making editing or completion impossible. I am on an HP pc and Windows 11. When I follow instructions Windows logo + v ... for instance I get a graphic saying the clip board history is empty and can get no further. Solution?
