Windows 10: should i uninstall hid keyboard or standard keybord for resolving the autotyping issue

my laptop is suffering from autotyping issue and after watching your instructiom i done the same but now while i selected keyboard in device manager its shows me two option hid keyboard and standard keyboarad so now which should i uninstall

Sir, there are two devices available under keyboards after showing hidden devices:

1. HID Keyboard Device

2. Standard PS/2 Keyboard.

My internal keyboard is autotyping [ key randomly. Please help.

My name is Mohammed Shuaib, an Independent Advisor and I am here to assist you in resolving your Autotyping issue. Please follow the below fixes one by one to resolve the issue.

Fix #1:

Step 1:

Go to search box next to Windows icon and type CMD

Step 2:

Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator

Step 3:

Type msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic and press enter.

Step 4:

Restart PC

Fix #2:

Step 1:

Go to search box next to Windows icon and type Troubleshoot

Step 2:

Click on Troubleshoot

Step 3:

Then select Keyboard and click Run the Troubleshooter

Step 4:

Restart the PC

Let me know the status after performing the above and if in case the above didn't fix will provide you with further steps to fix the issue.

Unable to uninstall keyboard

Since I plugged in the dongle for the new keyboard there have been two HID Keyboard Devices listed in Device Manager. Is it possible they are conflicting with one another?

Since the keyboard was installed the computer freezes constantly.. Before the keyboard was installed during the 3 years we have owned the computer the computer did not freeze one time.
