  1. Volume Issues and Scrolling Problems

Hello, I'm experiencing two maybe-related issues.Firstly, my volume keeps decreasing unexpectedly.Secondly, I cannot scroll down in Windows apps, settings, or folders. It jumps back up to the top whenever I try to scroll down. However, I can scroll down without issue in Chrome, Steam, or games. Is anyone having the same issue

    scrolling bad

New event. When placing cursor over a list or row of columns, even the volume bar scrolling is automatic and proceeds to one end of the series and stops. The scrolling also stops when I move the cursor away from the list but am unable to select anything in the list. Not all the possible lists are effected. Other sites have recommended mouse/kb fixes. Have tried all those but the phenomena persists. Have not had any known updates recently and don't have a restore point to try. Any other suggestions? W10Pro 1903

  3. Scrolling problem, is it a bug or a consistency issue?

    Hola Paultx,

The issue you have posted with the start menu happened to me sometime ago, when I changed the synaptics touchpad driver to newer. What I did is just switch to the old driver and everything is so far good.
I can suggest you to look at the mouse and touchpad settings and if you can't find anything to adjust, try with another driver and be ready to rollback.
