Windows 10: my windows applications icons get changed please help

Discus and support my windows applications icons get changed please help in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; My windows 10 laptop icons get changed after resting it and i also try with fresh os installation but still symbols are changed...     My windows 10 laptop icons get changed after resting it and i also try with fresh os installation but still symbols are changed
