Windows 10: Can I get my gift card?

I payed for a £15 xbox gift card for the new fifa and loaded it onto my xbox account a few weeks back just to find it’s completely gone I haven’t spent any money on microsoft so you have completely vanished my gift card

Using a Microsoft gift card for purchases

Thanks for your response.

I do get a method of payment option, but it does not list my Microsoft account. There is also a place for debit/credit/gift card payments, but my gift card number does not match the spaces needed.

Any other suggestions?

I suggest you contact the place of purchase if they had a gift card offer. They should be able to assist with that.
