Windows 10: Unable to switch to Java Minecraft after purchasing bundle Bedrock&Java

I bought the Java and Bedrock Version of Minecraft on the Microsoft Store, but when I open MInecraft, only the bedrock version opens. There is no menu or anything that allows me to change the version to the java version, but when I check my Minecraft account, it says I own both. I an unable to download the launcher off of the website it won't work, but like I said, the Micrsoft store download only opens bedrock. What do I do?

I bought Minecraft java before bedrock was bundled with java do I have to buy the whole set again or can i get bedrock for free? I have seen other people say if you bought java before that you can get bedrock free but I do not know if its true and if it is how do I do it?
