Windows 10: PC freezes after logging into Windows

Hi everyone,Recently i'm having a random problem that my PC freezes on a cold boot and this isnt happening on every cold boot, it can stay away for weeks and suddenly kicks in with a freeze and i can't figure out what causes this problem. I have to hard reset my PC to get it working again and after reboot my PC works fine and I can game for hours without any issue. I get no bsod, no mini dumps, no errors in event viewer aside from the bad shutdown errors.My PC; CPU: I7-14700k undervolt with -100stable MOBO: Z790-E gaming wifi 2 RAM: 32GB ddr5 at 6400mhz GPU: RTX 4080 suprim X SSDs: 3x M.2 PC

A failed update or one-time startup process can sometimes cause stopping, freezing, or reboot-loop issues during the login process. To isolate the issue, we suggest that you answer the following questions:

• Do you have a USB device attached? If yes, can you remove the device and log in again.
  
• Have you tried turning off the WiFi feature in your laptop before logging in?
  
• How about running a Startup Repair in your Windows 10 laptop? (Boot to Advanced Startup Options>Click on Troubleshoot> Click on Advanced options> Click on Startup Repair)
• Aside from the above steps, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Desktop freeze after log in

• Did you make any recent changes on your computer prior to this issue?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• When the computer freezes, do you get an error message?
