Windows 10: Can't sign into Microsoft Store

Everytime I try to sign in the window pops up where I can choose my account or a different email and when I click either of them it closes the window and nothing happens, I have tried all the different ways to reset it and nothing works, which means I can't play any games I downloaded with the Xbox game pass, why is the Microsoft Store so bad?

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.
