Windows 10: I renamed cmd.exe utilman.exe and vice versa and now my utilman.exe is gone, help?

I did the rename utilman.exe to cmd.exe trick to get my admin password back but now I can’t fix it because utilman.exe is missing in system 32 but if I open cmd it’s called utilman.exe.

We suggest that you try renaming the .exe file to a different extension name (e.g. .bak) and see if it works. Once you were able to send the files, you can just tell the recipients to rename the files that you sent to .exe.

My .exe files are renamed by putting g ahead of it.

All the exe files of various softwares are copied and renamed as g____.exe.For eg my fifa18.exe is now just 562kb in size and there is another .exe named gfifa18.exe of size 176496kb.

 

help all my program exe. and shortcuts are gone :/

if 'exes' are gone, how are you in windows?
