Windows 10: Windows 10 Iot core installation on SSD, Intel X64 HC10 consistent motherboard

I am trying to install windows 10 iot core on x64 intel motherboard on the SSD, I tried using the iot dashboard but at that time it took my flash drive as primary storage and it was working completely fine but I wanted to install it on ssd , further I tried using the winpe and using dism to manually flash SSD with Minnow board Max .ffu file as it's the ffu we select while installing thorough iot dashboard I was able to flash SSD drive but it was not booting up so are SSDs not meant to boot start windows 10 iot core?
