Windows 10: My PC crashes when playing some games.

Hi, I have an issue where on 2 specific games, Escape From Tarkov and Arena Breakout Infinite my PC will randomly crash with no error message and no blue screen. Sometimes it will run for 20-30 minutes before crashing, sometimes just a few minutes. My crash logs just say "Unexpected Error caused the PC to shut down". I can play other games like Dying Light and Rust for hours and nothing ever happens. I have tried resetting my pc to factory and changing probably a thousand settings in windows and in my games and nothing has worked. I built this PC a few weeks ago all new parts and it was work

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
