Windows 10: How to install Windows Update needed for Windows 7 Pro with SP 1?

How to I get a link to install the Windows Update I am required to install to update my Malwarebytes security? The update required is "2019 SHA-2 Code Signing Support requirement for Windows" and I am running Windows 7 Pro with Service Pack 1.

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

 

windows automatic updates

i have some questions about the windows automatic updates in windows xp pro w sp/2. ive got about forty updates they recommend , mostly for security but i only installed two today. after installing them i found them in my add/remove programs in the control panel, if i add all these updates that is a lot of space on my hd almost 1 gig. i thought that updates just updated files and not created new programs. should i innore all these update suggestions from microsoft?

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage
