Windows 10: Gamepass para iadesi alamıyorum

Merhaba ben geçen ay gamepass almıştım ancak bir daha almak istememiştim ancak yenilmeyi açık unutmuşum ve benden habersiz bu ay yenilemiş iptal etmek istiyorum. Ancak para iadesi ve abonelik iptal seçeneklerinin hiçbirinde para iadesi alamadım ve hiçbir şekilde gamepassdan yararlanmamıştım da kural çiğnemedim lütfen yardımcı olun

Gamepass update issue on PC

1. Disable Antivirus Software: Check to see if your antivirus software is enabled or running and temporarily disable it, then try to start, install, or update your game or app again.

2. Clear store cache and clear temp files: Go to settings > updates and security > troubleshooting and click on additional troubleshooting. Click Windows Update and then Windows Store apps. After that check for available updates on Windows Update, install everything including optional updates.

3. Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter: This tool can automatically fix some common problems with Windows Update.
