Hello I have Windows 11 Pro and I have been struggling with a certain problem for a long time.When I try to update the system to the latest version, I get this error 2024-01 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 on x64-based Systems KB5034204Download Error - 0x80070005I have already tried many methods but none of them help.

Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?
