Windows 10: error 0x8007016b in temp folder

Hello i noticed a problem that my temp folder i getting flooded with msl files even though microsoft installer is stopped. I also cant remove them because of error 0x8007016b. The files are all from 17.12.2023 but it adds frequently new ones. I tried a few things like chkdsk, regit, files on demand in one drive,clean disk and some virus scans but nothing worked for me. Im running pretty low on storage because of this and would like to ask if someone had a similar problem and maybe knows a fix for this.

The temp folder provides work space for programs. Yes they can be deleted. We suggest that you follow the steps provided by Sangeeta Sarkar on how to delete Temp files on this

link. You may also type in the search box Disk Cleanup and hit enter. It will evaluate your disk and give you a list of folders sizes that can be deleted.

CANNOT DELETE TEMP FOLDER - RAN Sfc/scannow - - corrupt with error

• Are there any error messages that you are receiving when trying to delete the temp folder?
• Can you provide as the folder path? (E.g. C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp)
