Windows 10: My computer hangs and the screen will flash twice suddenly arbitrarily.

There is no specific process that causes it, it just does it whenever. There are no error messages showing what the problem is. Does anyone have a clue as to why it started doing this this morning after an update last night 01JUL2024? The display drivers are all up to date. Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?

• What is the make and model of your computer?

I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and check as driver updates are also part of Windows updates.

Also uninstall and reinstall Display drivers from manufacturer website and check. Refer the steps below.

My laptop hanged suddenly then a blue screen flashed stating the stopcode as win32K_POWER_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT and then shutdown. Its not getting power on since then. Please help someone!

I was using Ms word when my laptop got hanged and suddenly blue screen flashed and stopcode WIN32K_POWER_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT was shown.

I can not turn it on since then.
