  1. Razer driver RzDev_0270.sys likely causing system crash

My Razer laptop started experiencing crashing a few months ago. When it crashes, the display freezes, and most of the time, Windows fails to generate a dump file. Eventually, I was able to get two dump files in the onedrive link: https://1drv.ms/f/s!Ahz_kpSFICdWg_QEp_h36YGqxpaGew?e=JmTg0U The first one is the only crash dump file Windows generated when it crashed normally. The second one comes from a driver verifier run I did today.Debugging measures I tried: 1. Reinstall Windows - Windows operates normally for the first roughly 50 hours of uptime after reinstallation, then starts to crash sp

System thread not handled caused by WinIAP_x64.sys

Those minidump files also list WinIAP_64.sys as the cause of the system crashes.

Find WinIAP_64.sys, then right click that file and select Properties, then select the Details tab.

Please provide a screenshot of that Details tab.

Your minidump files still list the Elan touchpad drivers as the cause of the system crashes.

If you have now removed that Elan software, then please try renaming the new WinIAP_x64.sys file again and restart your PC, it should not be regenerated if the Elan software is no longer running on your PC.

Blue screen error caused by Razer driver?

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump file indicates it is the device driver on the Razer Naga Trinity mouse that is causing your PC to crash.

If you have the Razer Synapse software installed, temporarily uninstall that software, then go to the Razer website to download the latest available version of the Razer Naga Trinity drivers they provide.
