Windows 10: Microsoft store infinitely loading with no logo, Settings app crashing when going to...

My Microsoft Store is broken, it has no logo just the default logo, when I try to install something it just infinitely loads, my settings app also has no logo and when I try to go to windows update it crashes I think this is related, to clear some extra files I search run and type %temp% to delete them, I think I deleted some essential files for both of these apps but I could be wrong. Could anyone please care to help me, I have had this problem for very long and would be very grateful for someone to help me.

My Microsoft store is infinitely loading

This started when I was trying to fix my Minecraft launcher and I typed in the command wsreset to fix an error message in Microsoft Store then when I tried to open Microsoft store it would just infinitely load. I tried restarted my computer and everything but it wouldn't work. I tried to run a command in PowerShell to reinstall Microsoft store but that didn't work, I tried to repair and reset, that didn't work, and I tried to troubleshoot it but it couldn't find any problems. My date and time are fine too. I'm on Windows 11. I couldn't get a screenshot but I see the Microsoft store logo with a white background and the loading circle just loading infinitely.

For wsreset it just flashed command prompt for 0.1 milliseconds and went to microsoft store.
For Microsoft Store Install Service I changed it to Automatic and applyd then restarted and still didnt work.
Then I reinstalled the app with your code and restarted and it still didnt work.
Terminate, repair, reset didnt work either.

Also after doing all of these it changed back to infinite load rather than crash after 10 seconds. I have no vpns installed either. My region is US too.

Sollutions I tried: Troubleshooter, cleaning cache, reinstalling, wrreset, reparing, terminating, upgrading to windows 11, going back to a different time point on my pc, and reseting microsoft store.

How I reached this point: First off when I couldnt download apps in Windows 10 with error code 0x80070424, then I decided to see if upgrading to windows 11 would help, this made me crash on launch, following this I decided to watch some youtube videos so I decided to reset microsoft store and I restarted my pc after I reopened windows store it would infinite load. I already spent 3 hours doing so many things as I explained above. You guys being microsoft I decided to look up other posts and tried all the solutions and none have worked.
