    How do I report a business claiming to be a Certified Microsoft Partner?


    A vendor is claiming to be a Microsoft Certified partner with all kinds of certifications making over half a charging a major US city upwards of a million dollars for purchasing COTS software - SQL Server and Office Suite. This half million is just over the past 12 months - the fraud spans ten years. The city is writing him checks believing they are buying Microsoft Software.

    This site claims to be a Microsoft Certified partner. I do not think it is. They sell dirt cheap Windows and Office licenses. The website is: <removed>

    I would like to know more about Systweak which says it is a gold certified microsoft partner.

    Does Microsoft really have gold certified partners ? What does that mean and is Systweak one of them ?
