Windows 10: Windows Update Fails with Error 0x800f0900

Hello,I am running Windows 10, Build 19045.4412. I have tried to install the latest update KB5039211 three times and all three times it ended with error 0x800f0900.I have troubleshooted Windows Update and it found no issue. I tried to do a SFC /scannow but it gave an error: Windows Resource Protection Could Not Perform the Requested Operation.I have also did a command run of Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and got this error:'Repair-WindowsImage' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.I have gone through all the old posts on the error

Windows update fails with Error 0x800f0900

Unable to install both latest cumulative updates.

The installation of 2019-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4493437) failed yesterday with Error 0x800f0900 and today the installation of 2019-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4499167)
failed too with same Error 0x800f0900.

I ran the Troubleshoot app on Windows Update. It fixed Service registration missing or corrupt. However, running Windows update still failed with same Error 0x800f0900.

Restarted the computer several times and search the internet for fixes without success.

Cindy, I have tried the troubleshooting steps listed by David M. here as this person had a similar issue to me. Windows 11 Update (KB5012592) fails With Error Code 0x800f0900 - Microsoft Community I have tried all of them, I did find corrupted files and I ran windows update troubleshooter. All with no luck.
