Windows 10: Constant disk access

I have a constant hard drive access tick, tock ... tick, tock ... This is irritating but it also causes stutters. The issue doesn't happen when booting in safe mode. How can I isolate and resolve this issue?

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

 

Constant disk access(+)

Can't find the reason of constant disk access that prevents it from going to sleep. The ProcMon (system drive access is excluded) after performing a clean boot shows something like that:





All that non-system drives (D: E: F are not in use. The OS is just installed with some basic software like MSOffice, etc. No antivirus or monitoring software are installed.
Can someone at least confirm the same behavior for the clean OS?
